5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense, but we may share information as described below.
5.1 With Clients (Business Customers)
When we handle communications on behalf of a Client, we share with that Client:
End Customer details, job notes, and lead information.
Relevant call data and, where agreed, access to call recordings.
The Client is responsible for its own use of the information we provide to it.
5.2 Service Providers and Vendors
We use trusted third‑party companies to help us operate and deliver the Services, such as:
Telecom and VoIP carriers.
CRM, dispatch, and ticketing platforms.
Payment processors and billing tools.
Cloud hosting, storage, and analytics providers.
These providers may access information only as needed to perform services for us and are generally bound by contractual confidentiality and data‑protection obligations.
5.3 Business Transfers
If we undergo a business transaction (such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5.4 Legal, Protection, and Safety
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to:
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.
Respond to valid requests from law enforcement or government authorities.
Protect the rights, property, security, or safety of KeyDispatchers, our Clients, End Customers, or the public.
Enforce our contracts, including our Terms of Service, and pursue available remedies.
6. International Data Transfers
KeyDispatchers is based in Tbilisi, Georgia, and our systems and service providers may be located in multiple countries.
By using the Services or providing information, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in Georgia and other jurisdictions that may have different data‑protection laws than your home country.
Where required by law, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection for such transfers (for example, through contractual protections).
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to:
Provide the Services and maintain our relationship with Clients.
Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information within our control from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
However, no system or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you use the Services at your own risk.
Clients are responsible for safeguarding passwords, access credentials, and integrations they configure with our Services.
9. Clients’ Responsibilities as Controllers
When we process End Customer information on behalf of a Client, the Client is generally the “controller” (or equivalent term under applicable law) of that data, and we act as a “processor” or “service provider.”
Clients are responsible for:
Providing End Customers with any required privacy notices and disclosures.
Obtaining necessary consents (including for call recording, outbound communications, and marketing).
Maintaining accurate and lawful contact lists.
Responding to End Customer requests to exercise privacy rights, except to the extent we are required to assist under applicable law or our contracts.
We will reasonably assist Clients in meeting their privacy obligations where required by law and by our agreement with the Client.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Your rights will depend on where you reside and which privacy laws apply.
Subject to those laws, you may have rights to:
Access the personal information we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate information.
Request deletion of certain information.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
If you are an End Customer of one of our Clients, you should usually direct your privacy requests to that Client, as they are typically the data controller for your information.
You may also contact us, and we will reasonably assist or direct you to the appropriate Client, as applicable.
To exercise your rights, contact us at zack.mayer@keydispatchers.com with a clear description of your request and sufficient information for us to verify your identity.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are designed for businesses and are not intended for children under the age of 16 (or other age as defined by local law).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in this age range, and if we learn that we have, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. Third‑Party Websites and Services
Our website or Services may contain links to third‑party websites, tools, or services that we do not operate or control.
This Policy does not apply to those third‑party properties, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or policies.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third‑party sites or services you visit or integrate.

We may update or modify this Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy and, where appropriate, through additional notice (such as email or a prominent notice on our website or portals).
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
